TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Check-in, check-out time:12 noon. (Miramar Residency and Calangute Residency check in time 2.00 pm. & check out time 12.00 noon)
- Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged `100/- per day without breakfast.
- The use of electrical appliance like iron and hot plate as well as cooking is not permitted in rooms.
- Rooms Keys must be deposited at reception counter.
- Booking is non-transferable.
- Management reserves the right to cancel advance booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
- Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts only.
- Luxury Tax and CST is charged at the rate determined by Government from time to time.
- Pets are not allowed in room.
